Especially if you eat vegetarian or vegan, and if you exercise a lot, it may be that you are getting too little protein through your diet. You need this for 1 smoothie
240 ml of vegetable milk such as oat, almond or rice milk
1 scoop Superfoodies Green Protein Powder
½ banana (optional: frozen)
Handful of spinach (optional)

Put all ingredients together in a blender
Turn the blender on high until it is creamy
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
